Designed to emphasize the awe-inspiring lake views, this one-of-a-kind home reflects the geometry and materials of the boathouses and villas surrounding it. The urban home was built using only larch, black steel, and concrete, and features a dramatically long façade leading your eyes to the shore. Once inside, large, cathedral-like windows, high ceilings, and an abundance of natural light create a grand yet cozy feel, and the warm larch interior gives the home a comfortable composition. Astounding vistas greet you at every turn, giving you a unique vantage point from which to enjoy luxuriously panoramic views. Placed just six meters from the water’s edge, this fantastic estate was carefully and thoughtfully designed to draw your attention to the lake in front of you. With five bedrooms, four baths, and a stunning two-story living room, Casa 26 is a functional yet sophisticated contemporary masterpiece.

“I am impressed with how knowledgeable and dedicated the Concierge Auctions team were throughout the auction process. They were able to show potential buyers around the property with ease and were well-versed to answer all questions relating to its history. Additionally, the team’s marketing efforts were top notch and garnered great international exposure. I highly recommend the team’s services to any of my luxury property sellers.”
